To use BPAY with Phone-Tella

Simply call 1300 655 116 and select option 1 to connect to Phone-Tella. You can then select option 6 and follow the easy instructions on the automated system. It is so easy!

To use BPAY with Net-Tella

The best thing about Internet BPAY is that it is visual, so you can see what you are typing. So while you're surfing the web, you can also take a quick detour to pay an unlimited number of bills. And you needn't worry about security either. Internet BPAY has been specifically designed to protect your funds from unauthorised access.

Once you have registered for internet banking, simply log onto Net-Tella, choose Payments and Transfers, then select BPAY, fill in the bill details and your bill will be paid directly from your account.

When you are paying your bills over the internet you can even schedule your bills to be paid on a once off basis or weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
