At IMCU we are continually looking at ways to make your internet banking experience as secure as possible to further protect you against any possible fraudulent activity.

For this reason, we now have available an extra layer of security for Net-Tella users in the form of security tokens.

A security token is a small electronic device that generates a one time password displayed on the token's screen which you enter every time you log-onto Net-Tella. A different password will be generated by the token and this will be required every time you log into Net-Tella after activating your token.

We strongly recommend that all members take advantage of this extra layer of security. It is also important that members ensure their computers are up-to-date with the latest security software.

For a limited time the security token is free of charge to members. To order your new security token, please login to Net-Tella and order your security token by selecting "Other" in the menu options then "Security Options" and then select "Request". You will need to confirm your request and your token will automatically be ordered.
